Pizza Kitchen at 15264 Michigan Avenue, Dearborn, Michigan.

My family and I have been customers for well over a year even though those who answer the phone never know the answers to customer questions, they are constantly raising their prices, and they’re kind of an overall rude staff... but after today we’ll be ordering from the hundreds of other delicious pizza joints in Dearborn. They delivered a half order of the wings we ordered/paid for and had the nerve to just say ‘sorry, next time we’ll fix it’ and then when I was transferred over to the manager he claimed that the flyer says 10 not 12... no, it says 12 & we were sent half of that so how about you don’t argue with the customer and fix the issue at hand. How about you offer a refund or a new delivery of wings. How about you don’t allow yourself to lose great customers and just do your job and make them happy. No, instead please deny your wrong doings and claim it’s because the flyer said something else???? So ridiculous. How embarrassing for them to act that way. I’m not surprised there are SO many bad reviews.
