Terrible customer service and VERY misleading!!! I made an appointment to get my taxes done here because I heard about the advance loan and I wanted my refund money back sooner, so I figured I'd give it a try. When I called I asked for a price and for information on the advance loan. I was told it would be $50 and EVERYONE gets approved for the advance loan on the emerald card. I went to my appointment today and they were going to charge me $167 AND I didn't get "approved" for the advance refund. I walked out without using there services and I refuse to ever go back. I've been doing my own taxes for YEARS and after this experience I plan on continuing to do so. Very deceiving and a waste of time!
